We offer various payment options. Please choose the one that is most suitable for you.


All prices quoted on the website are expressed in kuna (HRK) and in euro (EUR) with VAT included, unless otherwise stated. We have a right to change prices without prior notice to the Buyer, while Buyer pays the price that is current at the time of his order.

The pricing is valid for the available payment methods, according to the terms in the Payment Methods section.

The Seller Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded as soon as the Seller acknowledges the receipt of the order, after which the Buyer will receive an e-mail from the Seller on the receipt and order confirmation. From the moment of the conclusion of the sales contract, all prices and other conditions are final and apply both to Seller and Buyer.

Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods for purchases within the Republic of Croatia, when purchasing online:

– Cash on delivery (payment to the delivery service provider when picking up the ordered products) – payments are made in kuna (HRK).

– Invoice payment (direct payment to the Seller’s bank account using e-banking, in the bank or in post offices) – payments are made in kuna (HRK).

– PayPal (credit card via secure connection, regardless of whether the Buyer has a PayPal account) – payments are made in euro (EUR).

We offer the following payment methods for international purchases, when purchasing online:

– PayPal (credit card via secure connection, regardless of whether the Buyer has a PayPal account) – payments are made in euro (EUR).

We will issue and deliver an invoice to the Buyer via e-mail, along within the package when delivering the products.

If the Buyer doesn’t make a payment within 5 business days, the order will be cancelled.


We ship our products within European Union.

For all orders, the delivery is charged according to the delivery service provider’s cost at the time of the order. During the order process, the Buyer will be familiar with the delivery price of the products. The Seller ships products to the Buyer according to the the chosen payment method and according to the deadlines set in delivery service provider’s conditions.

We ship our products to the entire territory of the European Union.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost within the Republic of Croatia is 2 EUR for the orders up to 100 EUR and are free for the orders above 100 EUR. The delivery cost for the international shipments is 10 EUR for orders up to 100 EUR and 15 EUR for the orders above 100 EUR.

Our shipping costs are for shipment only, and do not include any Duty or Value Added Taxes that may be applied upon the arrival of your package.

Delivery time                                       

In general, within the Republic of Croatia the delivery should not take longer then 48 hours. For international shipments the delivery should not take longer then 7 business days. Tracking is available in both cases. For arranging an express delivery, please contact us on

All orders received on business day until 12:00 p.m are processed the same day so that, in most cases, the ordered products are passed on to the delivery service on the same day. Orders after 12 p.m. on business day (except Friday) will be passed on to the delivery service the next day, while orders after 12:00 p.m. on Friday will be passed on to the delivery service on Monday. On Monday, we also handle orders received during the weekend.

If the selected payment method is Cash on delivery, the products are passed on to the delivery service immediately upon confirmation of the order, in the accordance with the abovementioned conditions.

If the selected payment method is an invoice payment or credit card payment (via PayPal), the products are passed on to the delivery service upon the payment confirmation, in accordance with the above mentioned conditions.

For each delivery, the Buyer verifies and signs the delivery note upon receipt of the shipment. Signing the delivery note means that the products have been delivered in an undamaged condition and, thereafter, the delivery service provider shall be exempt from any subsequent liability.

If the Buyer does not exist at the stated address or the address is unknown, the delivery service provider will try to contact the recipient (Buyer) in order to agree on the exact time and possibly other delivery address. In case of the inability to deliver, the shipment will be returned to us.

We oblige to deliver all orders in a timely manner and no later than 30 days within the statutory time limit, assuming that you have provided us with all required information and that the provided information are correct and true.

If we are unable to make a the delivery of the selected products due to the fact that the product is unavailable or can no longer be ordered, we will inform the Buyer in writing and the Buyer has the right to waive the order/agreement or agree to a later delivery deadline.

We will try to deliver all ordered items in one package. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to deliver the products in more than one package.

Unfortunately, we are unable to influence the delivery speed and possible complications related to delivery by the delivery service provider. We can’t guarantee that your shipment won’t be delayed due to holidays, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete recipient address or possible customs clearance in the country of destination. If a situation like this occurs, we will do our best in order to resolve the issue in the best possible way.

Return policy

We guarantee the returns within the legislative framework.

In 757 we believe that happy customer is the most important thing. Therefore, we pay strong attention to customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and you want to return it, please contact us within 7 days after you received it, so that we can help resolve the situation.

Please note that, according to the Law, it is not possible to retrieve products that are in the category of food, dietary supplements, and/or cosmetics.

For all other products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Only a Buyer who purchased the products online may terminate the Contract without giving a reason for that, within 14 days of the conclusion of the Contract, assuming that he/she has previously received the Standardized information form, which we send within the package when delivering the product.

If the Buyer who purchased the products online has not received the Standardized information form, he/she has a right to unilaterally terminate the contract in the period of 12 months and 14 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that the refund may take a few days to reach your account.

If the product is returned defected and if it is not delivered within a further period of 8 days, it is considered that the Buyer has not fulfilled its obligation to return the products and the Seller is not obliged to make a refund in full, yet the Seller will make a product’s estimation of the value.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that personalized orders cannot be replaced.

Damaged products

In case the product(s) you ordered arrived damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days after you received them so we can arrange the return and replacement. At this point, we can offer you a refund or replacement depending on stock availability. In case you don’t want to wait for replacement item(s) delivery, once we receive the detective/damaged item(s), you will be eligible for a full refund (excluding the return shipping costs).

In case you are not satisfied with the product you purchased on our website, we invite you to contact us with confidence so that we can resolve your complaint as soon as possible.

A complaint is justified in the following cases:

– Delivery of goods that have not been ordered

– Delivery of goods that have been expired

– Delivery of goods that have a defect or damage that did not occur in the transport

The deadline for filing a complaint is 8 days from the receipt of the ordered shipment.

Product complaints are acknowledged along with the submitted invoice, slip card or other proof of purchase.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and indemnified (if the reason for the complaint is not the damaged product) with the original invoice, slip card or other proof of purchase purchased by the Buyer, along with the delivered item. Otherwise, we cannot accept the complaint.

Items must be returned in the original packaging and properly protected to prevent product damage during transport.

In the case of a justified complaint, the Buyer is entitled to terminate the Contract by returning the goods or replacing them for the undamaged and valid product/s.

If it is found that the complaint is justified and the Buyer has not affected the correctness, damage or any lack of the ordered items, the Seller will accept the refund of the defective or incorrectly delivered goods at its expense. In the case of a justified complaint, the replacement cost of the product with the new product is fully borne by the Seller.

Notice of the manner of written consumer complaint

All complaints need to be submitted by mail or e-mail.

Written complaint can be filed by:
